Combo requires you to delay the "round wave" (236 HP) after the heavy "power charge" (236 HK) to a frame perfect timing, otherwise the drive rush stand medium wont connect. Replace the stand medium punch with crouching medium punch for two extra frames in the window, at the cost of only 50 damage.
